We provide 24-hour emergency assistance such as on-call counseling and giving solutions to clients’ problems or immediate response for assistance at a clients’ home due to a personal or health emergency. This service is provided by our committed healthcare professionals and elderly caretakers to guarantee that you or your loved one always has the assistance they need at any time of the day.
We only provide 24-Hour Emergency Assistance to individuals with the following criteria:
- The client is living with his/her primary caregiver who needs extensive support without this service to secure help in the event of an emergency.
- The client living in his/her own home, does not receive 24-hour supervision and needs routine supervision.
